Abstract: The best way to increase your equine dental case load is simply to do it better than your competition, and this includes utilising radiology! So if you diagnose a problem, show owners the more serious problems in the mouth, many of them will agree to x-rays to find out more useful information. This will help them to review the problem, understand it better and then choose the best treatment option. On the whole, dental emergencies are rare; the radiography can be scheduled for some time in the future, allowing better time management and budgeting for veterinarian and client.
