Abstract: An eight-year-old Collie dog was treated for keratoconjunctivitis sica of both eyes. Initial medical treatment for five months was of little use. Bilateral parotid duct transfer was performed and subsequently the eyes have remained constantly moist, although pigmentation and scarring to both corneas restricts vision.
