Abstract: A mature, female, black cat of unknown history was admitted for a routine ovariohysterectomy. On clinical examination, it was found that the abdomen contained a number of palpable masses of varying sizes. These were through to be tumours; no other obvious abnormalities were noted. It was decided to carry out the ovariohysterectomy and remove any abnormal growths concurrently
