Abstract: Job satisfaction is defined as the general attitude that a person has towards his or her job. It is an important component of quality of life and influences profitability of enterprises through it effects on individual behavior and productivity. Little is known about job satisfaction in the veterinary profession although the subject has been investigated to some extent in some other health-related professions.
